GBW Business Services Specialists (Job Developers) have direct contact with dozens of established employers and their goal is to match our customers' skills and interests with existing job openings.
These jobs are in many different fields, offer a livable wage, provide incentives to progress and, sometimes, offer the employer on-the-job training benefits. Business Services Specialists facilitate Job Clubs to enhance our customers' self-directed job search.
The GBW office provides a Resource Center where customers can access the computer, research the Internet, learn about Job Fairs, and view various job listings and civil service exam postings.
