We have a wide diversity of backgrounds among our job seeking customers. We have people from entry-level positions to CEOs and CFOs. We have a wide range of academic and professional training among our customers too. Chances are, we have someone whose profile - experience, training, education, skills, work experience - fits your needs.

  2. What is their involvement with the WDC?

Our job-seeking customers have had an array of services provided through our One Stops to help prepare them for and assist them in their job search. Based upon the particular needs of each job-seeker, customers might have received job search assistance, employment and career counseling, computer training and testing services. Many have benefited from a variety of informational seminars and workshops. In short, before they work for you they have worked with us.

  3. Where does your customer base come from?

Our customer base is broad. We have adults who are seeking to enter or re-enter the workforce after a long absence. We have people who have been dislocated from their jobs because of downsizing and business closures. We have people who are looking to up-grade themselves, find a new position perhaps in a field for which they were trained, and we have people who are interested in what other appropriate opportunities there might be out there for them.

  4. What incentives are available if I hire someone through you?

First you will be getting a candidate who has been screened and referred to you based upon your requirements for the position and their experience and skills. You are also going to be referred people who want to work for you and who understand the requirements of being a member of today's workforce. We can help you recruit and find the right person for that one job you have or we can help you find a number of appropriate individuals to satisfy your need. In all cases, we refer well-qualified candidates for your consideration. You alone decide on who you choose to hire.
