Buffalo Urban Development Corporation -
BUDC is the City of Buffalo's not-for-profit development
agency reclaiming distressed land for future development.
BUDC is an affiliated organization of the Erie County
Industrial Development Agency (ECIDA). BUDC serves as a
liaison among various public and private stakeholders; as a
conduit for public funding of significant projects; and as
a real estate holding company for certain public-sector
projects.

Empire State Development Corporation (ESD) -
The Empire State Development
Corporation (ESD) is a state agency whose mission is to
promote business investment and growth that leads to job
creations and prosperous communities across New York State.
The ESD provides a variety of
assistance that focus on helping businesses. Whether the
business be an international company looking to make a move
or a small business owner seeking to access capital - ESD
offers assistance. The ESD offers loans, grants and tax
credits, as well as other financing and technical
assistance, to support businesses and encourage their growth
in New York State.
Through the New York State
Consolidated Funding Application (CFS), a single application
for multiple sources of state funding, New York State is
soliciting grant applications for funding to advance the
priorities of the Regional Economic Development Councils
(REDC).

in identifying and pursuing a broad range of grant and loan
programs that are available.
