Customized training always begins with you

When the general pool of new employees or prospective employees does not have the skills needed to move your company forward, the WDC can step in to help create, fund and manage customized training programs.

Upon completion of the training, you get to hire qualified graduates - many already with business backgrounds - all pre-screened using criteria established by your firm, ensuring maximum efficiency and total employer control.

The WDC's expertise in packaging customized employment and training programs has contributed to the success of several start-up enterprises, as well as to the expansion of many established local corporations.

Customized programs also can be designed to retrain current employees who are about to be laid off. Often this training paves the way for the successful transition of workers into other positions and careers, thus reducing the economic impact of a company closing, cut-back or relocation.
